For Hair:

Place flat side of bar on head and go in circular motion around your head from ear to ear at least 3 to 4 times or front to back 3 to 4 times once you get a great lather place bar on soap holder and continue to wash your hair.

For Body:

Simply rub bar over entire body. Once you get a great lather place bar on soap holder and continue to wash your body.
